Throughout the process, you were kind, compassionate, and ready to offer suggestions when we needed them but ready to listen to our requests when we knew what we wanted. You both were very easy to deal with and very accessible. When it came to the day of the service, it was handled flawlessly. I cannot think of any request that wasn't handled exactly as we had asked. You were nearby in case we needed anything, but not intrusive. Everything went exactly as we had expected and hoped. You were even at the burial site to oversee that part of the process. I can't stress enough how your professionalism and expertise made a very difficult day a little easier.
